Representation is to show something, or a group of people and the producer encodes these representations into their ideologies. The producer is trying to manipulate the audience into thinking about the producers ideologies. This impacts the opinion of the audience and may possibly change it. This can cultivate an ideology into the audiences mind and start to make them think and agree with their ideologies. Not only is the target audience being affected but so are the group being represented, if we see things can confirm the worlds view. Humans How (and why!) have stereotypes in this media product been used both  positively and negatively?  Key scene- Laura meets Anita. Humans is atypical Sci-Fi show, this show is about representation of our society (sex workers, Black people) you can replace these synths with actual people.
